Time & Attendance Management System

The main requirement of any Time & Attendance system is effectiveness. A system must be simple enough, convenient to use for employees and supervisors, and provide multiple ways to reduce and control costs for the company. If a system takes time to understand, requires constant maintenance and produces complex reports, it defeats its own purpose.

Credo | Time software provides two easy ways to collect and process TA data:

Simple mode. All the required data is collected from an access control system. No time-clocks need to be installed. Users do not have to remember to clock in or out. By analyzing events from access control readers and comparing the data to the schedules assigned to users, the system calculates late arrivals, early departures and approximate time that employees spend inside the office. Reports may be generated automatically and emailed to supervisors for review. This type of approach is perfect for companies that have liberal attendance policies, yet want to keep an eye on the situation, to make sure that the employees do not abuse the trust.
  • Advanced mode. The data is collected not only from an access control system but also from designated time clocks. Users have an ability to specify when leaving the office on work-related duties. Since the system tracks each entry and exit the results are very accurate. Supervisors can easily see if coffee, smoke and lunch breaks do not take longer than allowed, and employees are in their work places when scheduled. Credo | Time generates reports in MS Excel format, which makes it easy for personnel managers to make manual corrections and use the results for payroll calculation.

Credo | Time unique features:

  • Automatic import of schedules from ERP, HR or accounting systems. For customers who manage work schedules in their existing systems, Credo provides an option to import schedule data automatically. Schedule data is then compared against actual attendance data and reports are generated.
  • Rotating schedules for companies with 24/7 operations. Schedules rotate between day, evening and night in configurable cycles.
  • Multi-day absences with standard or custom reasons. More that one absence may be scheduled on a given day, e.g. customer visit in the morning and medical leave in the evening.
  • Department view shows the grid of staff schedules allowing managers to plan, switch and reschedule as needed in order to use human resources most effectively.
  • Strict schedules with mandatory breaks for organizations where every minute counts.
  • Flextime provides better balance between work and personal lives of employees: avoid rush hours by coming to work early or skipping lunch. Spend time with children or friends, exercise or relax, instead of wasting it in traffic jams.
  • Regulated hourly breaks help to make sure that employees are rested, focused and ready to perform their tasks. At the same the system prevent extended breaks form cutting into work time.
  • Job codes: different types of jobs can be assigned via schedules, or dynamically set by readers, i.e. as an employee enters an area designated for a specific type of work the system registers clock-in event with an appropriate job code.
  • Automatic and manual reports delivered in MS Excel format for convenient review, processing, manual correction and import into other systems if required.
